TechCrunch – 8 minutes ago There are so many companies out there that are working to help the military get back to work.

Whether they’re building new software or hiring more people to work in the IT field, there are companies that are helping veterans get into the workforce.

But that doesn’t mean they’re all doing it right.

We sat down with former Army tech recruiter and CEO Chris Hines to learn more about how veterans get in the tech business.

TechCrunch: When did you start working in the military?

Chris Hine: I started working in 2007 with the Department of Defense.

The first thing that I noticed was that it was not a place where you could be a military veteran and be a successful tech recruitor.

The people in my office were tech pros.

The ones that I was recruiting were tech professionals.

Tech is not a career path for everyone.

It can be very expensive.

The tech industry, as a whole, is very competitive, and it is a lot of people that are really focused on making money.

I don’t think that it is necessarily a great way to get into this career.

You need to be able to do it yourself.

Tech recruiters have a reputation for being very successful, so they are always looking for people that they think can make money.

What did you expect when you got hired by a tech recruite?

I didn’t know anything about the technology industry, and I did not think that I would be making money doing it.

They were very upfront about how much money they would pay, how many dollars a week they would be paid, and that’s a really big part of what you need to know about it.

What does a recruiter look for in a candidate?

A recruiter wants to find the best candidate who is really going to make a difference for the company.

A lot of the tech recruiters that I worked with had a really good track record.

You can look at a resume and say, “Hey, I know what I need to do to make sure I’m getting the best talent.”

A recruite wants to see that you are actually really committed to the tech job.

How do you know if a recruite is committed to you?

They want to make the most of what they can find out.

They want someone who is going to be working really hard, and they want someone that can give them good feedback.

What do you look for when you are looking for a recruitor?

If they are very upfront and they know exactly what they are looking to get from a candidate, then they are definitely the person to talk to.

What’s the best advice you have ever gotten from a recruitter?

I would say, always listen to your gut.

A recruitter may tell you what they think you want to hear.

But the more that you listen to what they say, the more you can be confident that you have the right candidate.
